High-Protein White Snickers Yoghurt Crunch
How to:
Cut one 57 g white-chocolate high-protein bar into small pieces and place them in the fridge for a short while. In a bowl, mix plain yoghurt or low-fat quark with a little water or milk until smooth and creamy, then lightly sweeten with erythritol, honey or flavour drops if you like. Stir in one to two tablespoons of fine oats or crunchy granola.
