Creamy Winter Chocolate Porridge
On colder days, try a quick, warm chocolate porridge with your chocolate chunks: cook fine oats in milk or plant drink until creamy, then remove the pot from the heat and only then stir in the chunks. This way they melt slightly on the outside, stay a bit chunky inside and you get little “chocolate cores” throughout the porridge – perfectly cosy for starting the day. For extra crunch, sprinkle a few chunks on top at the end together with a handful of nuts or some frozen berries. If you are watching your sugar intake, sweeten only lightly – the chunks already add a pleasant sweetness.
