For a clear, refreshing drink, mix 24 g of powder (1 scoop) with 400 ml of cold water in a shaker and shake vigorously. Let stand briefly until the foam settles, then shake again and enjoy. Ideal after training, at breakfast, or as a protein snack between meals. Also delicious stirred into plain yogurt or quark. Drink soon after mixing.
Note: Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet. No added sugar—contains naturally occurring sugars. If lactose intolerant, consider individual tolerance.
