How to make your shake extra creamy

For an extra creamy shake with minimal effort: First fill your shaker about two-thirds with well-chilled liquid (for example water, milk or a plant-based alternative), then add the powder. Deliberately leave some air at the top – this allows the contents to move better while shaking and work perfectly with the integrated strainer. Shake firmly for 10–15 seconds, then tap the shaker lightly against your palm from below and shake again for another 5–10 seconds. This helps break up the last small lumps and gives you a pleasantly smooth texture.
