How to:
Mix 45 g of pancake & waffle mix with 145 ml of milk or plant drink until smooth and let it rest briefly. Cook small, thicker pancakes in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.

For the topping, cut one apple into small cubes, gently cook it in a pan with a splash of water until slightly soft and stir in some cinnamon. If you like, add a teaspoon of sugar-free syrup. Spoon the warm apple pieces over the pancakes and finish with a dollop of skyr or yogurt.
