How to:
Cut one 55 g protein bar (for example salty caramel or double chocolate) into small cubes. Fill a glass in layers: start with plain yogurt or skyr, add a handful of fresh seasonal berries or sliced fruit, then some of the bar cubes. Repeat the layers until the glass is full. Finish with a sprinkle of mixed nuts or seeds on top.
