Mix 35 g of powder (approx. 1 scoop) with 300 ml of cold water or low-fat milk in a shaker and shake for 10–15 seconds until creamy. Creamy white caramel protein frappé for after your workout or as a sweet moment of indulgence – without compromising your goals.
How to:
Add 200 ml cold milk (or unsweetened plant milk), 100 ml cold water, 1 heaped scoop of white chocolate caramel peanut protein powder and a few ice cubes to a shaker or blender. Shake or blend well until the drink is smooth, creamy and slightly frothy. Pour into a glass and top with a few chopped peanuts and a light dusting of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Tip:
If you like it extra thick and satisfying, blend in 2–3 tablespoons of low-fat quark or skyr – this turns your shake into a dessert-like protein frappé that keeps you pleasantly full and works especially well as an evening or post-workout drink.
