Quick chocolate porridge with crunchy chunks

How to:
Cook your favourite oats with water or milk into a creamy porridge. When the porridge is hot and almost done, briefly stir in 1–2 tablespoons of chocolate chunks – some will melt gently and create a chocolatey base. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle another tablespoon of chunks on top so they stay nice and crunchy.

Tip:
For a balanced breakfast, add a spoon of skyr or yogurt, a few nuts and seasonal fruit such as apple or pear slices. In just a few minutes you have a warming bowl with full chocolate flavour and significantly less sugar than typical chocolate cereals.
