How to:
Cook a small portion of oats with water or the milk of your choice into a creamy porridge. Let it cool down briefly until it is just lukewarm. Spoon the porridge into a glass or a small bowl.
Now add 1–2 tablespoons of your crazy nut cream (for example hazelnut) on top and gently swirl it in with a spoon to create a marbled pattern – this looks beautiful and distributes the nut flavour perfectly. If you like, add a handful of diced apple or sliced pear and some chopped nuts.
Tip:
If you place the glass in a cool place for 15–20 minutes, the porridge becomes a little firmer and the nut cream turns into an especially aromatic topping – ideal as an uncomplicated dessert after dinner or as a cosy treat on the weekend.
