Mix 1 scoop (approx. 25 g) with 300–350 ml of cold water in a shaker. Shake vigorously, then let stand for about 1 minute until the natural foam settles and the drink becomes clear. Enjoy ice-cold — ideal before or after training or as a refreshing protein break. Adjust the water amount to taste. Serve with ice cubes for extra freshness.

How to:
Mix 1 scoop of clear whey peach tea with 300–350 ml of cold water in a shaker and let it sit for a short moment until the drink turns clear. Fill a glass with plenty of ice cubes, a few thin peach slices (fresh or frozen) and, if you like, a slice of lemon. Pour the clear drink over the ice and stir gently.

Extra idea:
Prepare 2 servings at once: drink one right after your workout and store the second one in a closed bottle in the fridge. You will have another light, sugar-conscious protein ice tea later in the day – ideal when afternoon cravings set in.
