Stir the pouch contents with 225–250 ml lukewarm water and 2–3 tbsp oil, then knead for 4–6 minutes into a smooth dough. Place the dough in a loaf pan (about 20 cm) lined with baking paper and let rest for 45–50 minutes. Bake at 170–210 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 35–50 minutes; placing an ovenproof dish with water in the oven adds extra moisture. Then let cool completely, slice, and enjoy fresh — also ideal for bread rolls or as a sandwich base.
Note: Do not consume raw dough. Baking times may vary by oven. Allow to cool completely after baking. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (contains bovine collagen and egg).
