Mix 250 g baking mix with 190–200 ml lukewarm water and 2–3 tbsp oil to a smooth, elastic dough, then knead for 4–5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 45–55 minutes in a warm place. Roll out on baking paper, top to your taste and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 10–15 minutes until the edge is golden brown. For extra crunch, bake on a preheated tray or pizza stone and enjoy hot.

How to:
Prepare the baking mix as instructed with water and a little oil, then let the dough rest. Roll it out slightly thinner so it becomes extra crisp and pre-bake the base for 5–7 minutes without toppings. This keeps it firm even with plenty of toppings.
Then spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on top and add fresh cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms and a bit of lean ham or chicken. Finish with a moderate amount of grated cheese and bake again until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
Tip:
Bake the whole tray at once, let the pizza cool, cut it into pieces and freeze single portions. This way you have a balanced dinner ready during the week – simply reheat in the oven or air fryer and enjoy with almost no effort.
