Optionally stir in 1.5 g Chunky Flavour. Let the batter rest briefly, then cook until golden in a non‑stick pan with a little oil spray or in a waffle iron. One serving yields several pancakes (depending on size) or approx. 2 waffles. Enjoy sweet with berries and yogurt – or savory with herbs, cheese, chicken and vegetables.

How to:
Mix 45 g of baking mix with 145 ml of milk or plant drink and let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes. Then fold in half a finely diced apple and a pinch of cinnamon and bake about 2 crispy waffles in your waffle maker.
Serving suggestion:
Serve the warm waffles with a spoonful of yoghurt or skyr, a few thin apple slices and some cinnamon on top. If you like it sweeter, add a little sugar-free syrup.
