How to:
Cook 60–80 g of wholegrain pasta per person until al dente and place it in a small baking dish. Stir one sachet of protein sauce mix (40 g) with 130 ml of hot water and season to taste with pepper, a little paprika or nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the pasta, add some pre-cooked vegetables (e.g. broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper) or a bit of lean chicken, and mix everything well.

Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheese or a light cheese alternative on top and bake at 180 °C for about 12–15 minutes until everything is hot and the cheese is lightly melted.
