Gently simmer the ravioli in plenty of lightly salted water (about 1 tsp salt per litre) for 12–15 minutes until al dente. Drain carefully and enjoy right away—classic with tomato sauce, with pesto, or tossed in a little olive oil or sage butter. We recommend approx. 125 g uncooked per person (equals about 225 g prepared). For extra bite and roasting aromas, briefly pan-sear the ravioli after cooking.
