Add a spicy touch to your dishes: Sprinkle to taste over pizza, pasta, bowls or salads. Stir flakes into sauces, soups and curries, or briefly sauté them in a little oil to intensify the aroma. For a fiery chili oil, let 1–2 tbsp of chili flakes infuse in warm oil and drizzle over vegetables, pasta or grilled dishes. Work up to your preferred heat level and season in small steps.

Winter Chili Garlic Oil
Use the chili flakes to create a simple yet incredibly aromatic chili garlic oil for cosy winter evenings: Gently heat about 150 ml of neutral oil (e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil) until it is warm but not hot. Add 1–2 tablespoons of chili flakes and one finely chopped garlic clove, stir briefly and let it infuse for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight. This way the flavours are released slowly without anything burning. It is perfect for finishing oven-roasted vegetables, pasta, soups or even a simple cheese platter with a warm, fiery kick. At the table, pour the oil into a small bowl so everyone can add as much heat as they like to their own plate.
