Fitgrade Seasonal Tip
Creamy winter dessert with crunch
Use the freeze-dried dragon fruit for a simple yet impressive late-autumn and winter dessert: stir plain yogurt or a plant-based alternative with a little vanilla and a dash of maple syrup until smooth, fill it into glasses and sprinkle roughly crumbled dragon fruit pieces over the top just before serving. For a seasonal twist, add a few thin slices of fresh pear or apple and a pinch of cinnamon. This way you get a colourful, fruity-crunchy dessert with hardly any effort that looks like a little ray of sunshine on the table – and thanks to the freeze-drying process the crunch stays intact right to the last spoonful if you really add the pieces only at the very end.
