Warm 200–250 ml milk or plant drink and stir in 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon (approx. 8 g) of Golden Drink powder. Sweeten to taste, e.g. with agave or maple syrup, and froth if desired. For the cold version, stir into cold milk, shake well and enjoy over ice. For extra creaminess, make a small paste (1 tbsp powder + 2 tbsp warm water) and add it to the drink. Also delicious in porridge, smoothies, yogurt or desserts.

Note: Caffeine‑free. Not recommended during pregnancy. Turmeric can stain; avoid contact with light surfaces and textiles.
