Add a mildly sweet, buttery-nutty note to smoothies, bowls and desserts. For a creamy dressing, whisk 1–2 tsp butter with water, lemon juice/vinegar, salt, pepper and spices until smooth. For a quick nut drink, blend 1 tbsp butter with 200–250 ml water or plant drink and adjust creaminess to taste. Tip: Oil separation is natural – simply stir well.
