Enjoy KoRo Ruby Drops straight as a fine snack, as a colorful topping on porridge, bowls or muesli, or refine desserts and pastries with their fruity‑creamy note. To melt, warm the drops gently in a bain‑marie at 40–45 °C, stirring regularly; avoid any contact with water and do not overheat. For a nice shine, let the melted chocolate cool briefly and work at room temperature. For cookies, muffins or brownies, fold the drops into the dough to taste—especially harmonious with berries, pistachios, vanilla or coconut. After opening, close well and store cool, dry and protected from light.

Note: Use a bain‑marie for melting and avoid water contact. Do not heat above 45 °C. Not suitable for pets (especially dogs).

Turn your ruby drops into a simple yet impressive winter dessert: ruby chocolate berry cups. Gently melt part of the drops in a water bath (max. 40–45 °C), stirring until smooth, then let the mixture cool for 2–3 minutes. Pour into small glass or porcelain cups and tap them lightly on the counter so the surface becomes perfectly even. Add frozen berries (e.g. raspberries or mixed forest berries) on top – they cool the ruby chocolate faster and highlight its fruity flavour. Finish with a few whole ruby drops and some chopped pistachios as a crunchy topping. Chill in the fridge for about 30–40 minutes and serve straight from the cup. You get a festive dessert with very little effort that looks like high-end patisserie and can be prepared in advance when guests are coming.
