Open the jar, pour the sauce into a pot and gently heat over medium heat for 3–5 minutes – or heat covered in the microwave. Plan about 125 g of sauce per person, toss with freshly cooked pasta and, if needed, loosen with a splash of pasta water. Top with fresh herbs, a drizzle of olive oil or nutritional yeast as desired. Also ideal for lasagne, bakes or as a pizza sauce. Serve hot and enjoy.
