Quick dessert jars with sweet-and-salty chocolate pretzels

How to do it:
Create a simple layered dessert in small glass jars. Use natural or vanilla yoghurt (or skyr/low-fat quark), mix it with a little milk or water until smooth and creamy, and lightly sweeten if needed with honey or a liquid sweetener. Add a first layer of cream to the glass, then sprinkle roughly crumbled milk chocolate-coated pretzels on top and repeat the process until the glass is filled.
