How to:
Place 3–4 tablespoons of creamy yogurt or a plant-based alternative in a bowl. Lightly toast 40–60 g of oat granola in a non-stick pan without oil until it smells aromatic and becomes extra crunchy. Spoon the warm granola directly over the yogurt.
Top your bowl with fresh apple or pear slices and a spoonful of nut butter. If you prefer it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey or date syrup.
