Creamy Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Creamy tahini yogurt sauce for roasted vegetables or bowls

How to:
Stir 2–3 tbsp of the white, creamy tahini with 3–4 tbsp of lukewarm water until you get a smooth, thick sauce. Then fold in 2 tbsp of natural yogurt (or a plant-based alternative). Season with lemon juice, a little honey or maple syrup, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serving suggestion:
This sauce is perfect with oven-roasted carrots, root vegetables, parsnips, potatoes or with a colourful bowl of grains, chickpeas and fresh leafy greens. Top with a little olive oil and sesame seeds before serving – it makes your plate look refined and professionally plated.

Tip:
If you keep the sauce a bit thicker, it works really well as a creamy dip for raw vegetables or as a spread on bread. For a lighter dinner, simply add more water and lemon juice and drizzle generously over warm roasted vegetables.
