Warm Gingerbread Heart Bowl with Cherry Yogurt
How to:
Place 3–4 chocolate-coated gingerbread hearts in a microwave-safe dish and warm them briefly (about 10–15 seconds) in the microwave until the dark chocolate starts to shine slightly and the gingerbread turns soft inside. Meanwhile, stir 150–200 g of plain yogurt or a plant-based alternative with 1–2 tablespoons of cherry compote or jam until creamy. Spoon the cherry yogurt into a bowl and place the warmed gingerbread hearts on top.
For extra indulgence, add a few fresh or frozen cherries and gently break the hearts so that the cherry filling meets the yogurt. If you like, finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa.
