Use as a burger sauce or loosen with a little pasta water for instant creaminess – brings roasted, savoury flavour in seconds. Also ideal warm to refine sauces, stews and roasted vegetables: fold in 1–2 tbsp.

Note: Refrigerate after opening and consume within a few days. Stir before use; natural phase separation (oil layer) is product-specific. Do not heat while the jar is closed.

Creamy roasted pepper pasta – perfect for a quick evening meal:

How to:
Cook your favourite pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, stir 3–4 generous tablespoons of roasted pepper spread with a small ladle of hot pasta water in a pan or bowl until you get a smooth, creamy sauce. Add the hot pasta directly to the sauce and mix well.

For extra flavour:
Halve some cherry tomatoes, briefly roast them in a pan, then fold them into the pasta along with a handful of rocket or young spinach leaves. Finish with a little olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a few cubes of feta or mozzarella.
