Salted Caramel Peanut Porridge with Warm Drizzle
How to:
Cook 50–60 g of oats with water or milk into a creamy porridge. Stir in a little cinnamon or vanilla at the end if you like. While the porridge is resting for a moment, gently warm 1–2 tablespoons of peanut spread in a small bowl over a hot water bath or for a few seconds in the microwave until it becomes slightly runny.
Spoon the porridge into a bowl and drizzle the gently warmed peanut spread generously over the top. Finish with a few apple slices or berries and some chopped nuts.
