How to:
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (fan). Spread a handful of roasted and salted almonds together with roughly diced hard cheese and a few halved cherry tomatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle a tiny splash of olive oil over the tomatoes and bake for about 8–10 minutes, until the cheese just starts to melt and the almonds release a warm roasted aroma.
Serving suggestion:
