Roughly break 2–3 oat cookies with your hands and place them as a crunchy base in a small bowl or glass. Add 3–4 tablespoons of yogurt, skyr or low-fat quark and sweeten lightly with a bit of honey or a low-calorie sweetener if you like. Sprinkle a few more crushed cookie pieces and some fresh berries (for example raspberries or blueberries) on top.
For a warm twist, pour 1–2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs with some hot milk or plant drink, let them sit briefly and then add the cool yogurt on top. This creates a creamy-crunchy contrast.
