In a bowl, mix 2–3 tablespoons of the vegan truffle mayonnaise with a small splash of hot pasta water until you get a silky sauce. Toss the hot pasta directly in this sauce until everything is evenly coated. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper, a little lemon zest and finely chopped parsley or chives.
